ORDER POLICY

Before placing your order, please review our SIZE GUIDE to ensure the best fit. All sales are final. If you have any questions, feel free to contact our team—we’re happy to assist you.

CANCELLATIONS

To receive a full refund, cancellation requests must be made within 12 hours of placing your order and before production begins. This ensures our team hasn’t started working on your item.

REFUNDS

Refunds are only granted in cases of studio errors (photo & video proof required). We do not offer cash refunds. Instead, we issue store credit for full-priced items that meet the following conditions:

• Unworn, undamaged, unwashed, and unaltered.

• Returned in original packaging with tags attached.

• Free of stains, smells, or any signs of wear.

Return requests must be made within 7 days of delivery. Once received, our team will inspect the item and process store credit if applicable. Items that do not meet these conditions will be sent back to the address on file. Delivery costs are non-refundable.

EXCHANGES

As a made-to-measure brand, we do not offer exchanges unless there is a studio error (photo & video proof required).

MADE-TO-MEASURE ITEMS

Items made to your provided measurements cannot be refunded, except in the case of studio errors, which will be assessed accordingly (photo & video proof required).

ADJUSTMENTS

We create outfits based on the exact size, measurements, and height provided at the time of order. If adjustments are needed, the customer is responsible for all alteration and delivery costs.

RETURN SHIPPING COSTS

Customers are responsible for all return shipping fees. We recommend using a tracked shipping service to ensure the safe return of your item. Please ensure that all applicable customs fees are paid, as we are unable to cover these costs.
